Kova Studios does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing or data-brokerage purposes.
4. Third-party services
We use Resend to send and deliver email when you contact us through the website. When you submit the contact form, your message is processed by Resend so we can receive it in our inbox. Resend operates under its own privacy policy and infrastructure; we only share what is needed to deliver that email (such as your name, email address, and message content).
5. Retention and security
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to handle your request and run our business, unless a longer period is required by law. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we hold.
